If you have less time than that to purchase a dress, you simply need to be flexible and diligent in your shopping.

Browse the thousands of designers and styles from which you can choose. Gone are the days of brides only wearing a traditional white floor length wedding gown. Chances are that you may be a bit overwhelmed when you walk into a bridal salon and see all of the choices. Start early browsing through magazines and internet sites looking at styles. Clip any photos that catch your eye to take with you when you begin shopping.

Make the shopping for your wedding gown a pleasurable time. It is typically a very special time for brides and their mothers. Try to avoid going on weekends when the salons are the busiest and you won’t get as much time and personal attention.
