They can’t just have it sent through cyber space without some type of delivery method. This is where email hosting comes in. There are many email hosting systems in the world, including providers and software. They are also known as email clients. Getting an email account from an email hosting company is not that difficult. But before get one, you should understand what email is all about so you’ll understand more fully what is involved in email and be better able to get the type of email you want for yourself. Here are four things you will find regarding email hosting or clients:
 
·        You see a list of messages in your mailbox: If you use software like Outlook Express or Eudora, and you are connected to the Internet, when you start the program, it will download a list of messages you have waiting to read. The list you will see has what are called headers. These headers allow you to see who sent the email, the subject of the message, and may show the date and time it was sent.
·        Email selection process: After you have downloaded all your messages, you just arrow up to you see the message header that contains interesting information you want to read. You then double-click it and view the message in the body.
·        Creating email: When you have established friends and want to send them email, you can because this is part of the software or providers configuration. You merely type in the email address in the To: field and type if a message. Then just click the send button.
·        Add attachments: Most email software and providers will have the email configured to allow for attachments to be included as part of the email that you send.
