If you decide York is a great place then you can always return another time for a longer break.
It may be hard to believe but if you can undertake the task of delegating the appropriate time to view a particular place then you could fit in a little bit more than by just trying to find things to do. If you plan ahead then it is likely, you and the family will end up disappointed.
Boredom in York is impossible and if you cannot find anything to do during this time then you are not trying hard enough. In a city enriched with great historical events, even the most fussy of people will be impressed with what York in general has to offer.
It is not just the centre of York that is outstanding, the surrounding countryside is breathtaking and you can take part in some beautiful walks along the Yorkshire moors. There is always something to do in this great town and county.
