There is never a shortage of things to see and do in Sweden. Listed below are some activities and attractions the country has to offer:
· Aquaria Water Museum: Located in Stockholm this aquarium offers visitors the chance to see what a rainforest looks like. There are many different species of marine life including a coral reef, several species of fish, and even sharks. Admission is free with the a Stockholm á la carte card otherwise admission fees are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, and $4.50 for children 6-15 years of age, and children under 6 are free. · Bergius Botanical Garden: The botanical garden has the largest lily exhibit in the entire world. There are also several rare and exotic plants and floers with in the gardens. Admission to the Bergius Botanical Garden is free with the Stockholm á la carte card.
· Kolmården Animal Park: Kolmården Animal Park is located about 90 minutes from Stockholm and offers visitors up close and personal looks at animals. The park has a safari ride that allows visitors to drive through the animals natural habitats. Monkey’s, dolphins, lions, and many other animals call the Kolmården Animal Park home. There are several cafes and restaurants through out the park that offer everything from light snacks to meals. Ticket prices for one day park tickets are $36 for adults, $21 for children 4-15, and children under 4 are free. There are also separate charges for other attractions with in the park such as camel rides and a cable car ride. For more information visit their website at

· SOFO Shopping District: Named after London’s trendy district, SOFO is a hip and laidback area that offers boutiques, bars, and restaurants.
· Stockholm Royal Palace: Home to the Swedish royal family, the Stockholm Royal Palace is the largest palace in the world still being used by a head of state. The royal palace grounds are home to the Royal Apartments, Hall of State, the Apartments of the Orders of Chivalry, the Treasury, and the Museum of Antiquities of Gustav III. Admission to the Royal Palace is free with an á la carte card.
· The Liljevalch Art Gallery Museum: Open since 1916 The Liljevalch is one of Europe’s oldest art galleries. The gallery showcases not only Swedish art but also international art of the 20th century. Admission is free with an á la carte card.
