Gotland County

Gotland County is an island located in the Baltic Sea and also happens to be the largest of Sweden’s islands. Gotland County only has one municipality which is known as Gotland Municipality. The capital city of both is the city of Visby.

·        Visby: Visby is the biggest city on the island of Gotland with 22,000 residents. The city is full of medieval historical landmarks such as the long stone wall called Ringmuren. Each year tourists flock to Visby for the Medieval Week.
