Today Sweden has a population of over 9,016,596 residents and is one of the highest ranked nations for the standard of living there. Sweden’s economy is highly dependant on foreign trade. Timber, hydropower, and iron ore are all large areas of foreign trade for the country. Engineering is a large workforce in Sweden and accounts for over half of job sector. Trade unions also present in 80% of the work force in Sweden.
