The most popular sports in Sweden are track, football (soccer), and ice hockey. Other sports that are played in Sweden include handball, floor ball, volleyball, basketball, and golf. The popular United States sports like baseball and American football are also played in Sweden but are not yet widespread. Equestrian sporting is also extremely popular among the female demographic in Sweden.
