There are many important factors to consider where to live. The main subjects to think about are:
The Neighborhood - Where is it located? What is the appearance like? What are the other residents like? Is it safe and secure?
Accessibility - Is it convenient to get to shopping areas, schools, church, the gym? Does it have good roads and streets? Is there public transportation available?
Community Facilities - Where are the police and fire stations? Are there doctors and a hospital close? What about recreational facilities?
Costs - Is it within your price range? What are the taxes like? What are energy costs in the area?
The House Itself - How much space is available? How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there? Is the kitchen set up in a way you'll enjoy? Is the there proper work area for any hobbies you have? Are the dining and living areas sufficient for you and any guests you might have? Is there adequate storage? Do the room sizes, shapes and wall areas accommodate your decorating and furnishing needs? Do the heating and lighting options fit your lifestyle? Is the yard and other outdoor areas adequate?
