Often times when home owners put their house up for sale whether it is FSBO or with a realtor they price the home a bit above what they would actually take for it if offered. This is a way to allow for room to negotiate. Figuring out what is the lowest price you will accept is definitely something to decide before putting the house up for sale. If a real estate agent is working with the seller this is something that he or she will aide them in.
