Situated in the Cordillera Blanca, the park is the world’s highest tropical mountain range with Mount Huascaran rising to an amazing 6,768 meters above sea leave. When you visit the area, you will be treated to sights of the deep ravines and glacial lakes the sights are completely breathtaking and you can enjoy the natural wildlife that inhabits the area such as species of bear and the well known Andean condor.
If you want a traditional dining experience then you must visit one of the best restaurants in town, the Inka Grill in Cusco. A meal is complimented with live Andean music, the speciality of the restaurant is Novo Andino cuisine and you can choose from a range of meals from fried calamari (squid) or stuffed Amarillo chilli peppers to a mixture of gourmet pastas and fresh fish.
Meals are served throughout the day from 11am to 11pm and with a main course averaging out between $15 - $20 you can enjoy an excellent service and most importantly great local cuisine.
