• Sacsayhuaman is a name that means “satisfied falcon” and this is one the most important Inca civilizations that is the head of as the puma – shaped city of Cusco. There are many fortresses that are found in the area and you have the opportunity to witness one of the best fortresses that was a guard against one of the worst battles between the Inca’s and the Spanish. Within the area, you will see the mountainside location that looks over the remains of the fortress and if you are brave enough to climb to the top then you will be treated to wonderful views of the area.
