Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights, one of Portland's most scenic neighborhoods, is near the center of Portland, giving residents easy access to the spectacular Portland Rose Test Gardens and all of Washington Park. Forest Park
This neighborhood was built along a ridge just 20 minutes from downtown and is located in the Northwest area of Portland. If you desire the "look and feel" of a suburban community but want to be close to downtown, examine the Forest Park neighborhood closely. Hillside or Kings Heights
This neighborhood of Northwest Portland is located on a portion of the Tualatin Mountains that overlook downtown Portland. Forest Park is immediately to the West and the shops and restaurants of Northwest Portland are at the foot of the neighborhood immediately to the East. Downtown Portland is only minutes away, and many homes have a wonderful view of it or of ships on the Willamette River. Average price for homes sold in the Hillside neighborhood in 2005: $415,129.

Southwest Hills: Council Crest and Portland Heights
Southwest Hills homes have two attractions: downtown is only a short drive away and many of the homes have absolutely amazing views. Views include the Cascade mountain range, Willamette River, and downtown. Some homes have two-mountain views. Average price for homes sold in the Southwest Hills neighborhood in 2005: $513,358.
