Locations

The greater Tulsa metropolitan area is broken into four locations. We’ll share the best hotels at each location using several different criteria.

 

 

While most of the hotels in Tulsa are located outside the downtown area, there are still several options right downtown. If you stay in this area, you’ll be in the city’s business and entertainment districts, just a short walk from much of the fine culture the city has to offer.

 

Name: Crowne Plaza Tulsa

Location: 100 East 2^nd Street

The Crowne Plaza is an outstanding property located right in the heart of downtown. This three star hotel is a short walk from the Tulsa Convention Center and is just across the street from the Performing Arts Center. Amenities include both an indoor and outdoor pool, a CD Player in each room, complimentary airport shuttle, and newspaper delivery. Rooms are also equipped with DVD players and high speed Internet access.

The Courtyard by Marriott, located near the Fairgrounds, is a fabulous hotel with terrific amenities. Every room at this fine hotel has a bath tub with spray jets. Other amenities include newspaper delivery, an indoor pool and whirlpool, a fitness center, and complimentary coffee in the lobby and in each room. Some rooms also come equipped with refrigerators and sofa beds. There are laundry facilities on site, and guests have access to safe deposit boxes to protect their valuable belongings.

 

Name: Microtel Tulsa Expo Center

Location: 4531 East 21^st Street

The Microtel, part of one of the fastest growing hotel chains in the United States, provides many quality amenities at an amazing price. Every room has free high speed Internet access, and local and long distance calls in the continental United States are also free. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator and a queen-sized bed for your comfort and convenience.

 

 

These hotels, located about eight miles east of downtown, are located in proximity to the Tulsa International Airport, something you’ll want to consider if you are an air traveler.

 

Name: Radisson Inn Tulsa Airport

Location: 2201 North 77^th East Avenue

This hotel is actually located on the airport property, so the convenience is especially helpful. It is also located a matter of minutes from the downtown area, increasing its appeal. Rooms are equipped with high speed Internet access, and video games and movies are available in each room. There is an outdoor pool, as well as facilities to play both volleyball and badminton! The hotel includes a business center, meeting facilities, and banquet facilities.

 

Name: Comfort Suites Tulsa Airport

Location: 1737 South 101^st East Avenue

This fine hotel boasts all kinds of complimentary items: Breakfast, local calls, high speed Internet access, and airport shuttle, among other things. An indoor heated pool and spa are also available for your relaxation.

 

Name: Econo Lodge Tulsa Airport

Location: 11620 East Skelly Drive

Average Price: $49

 

The Econo Lodge, located near both downtown and the airport, provides “park and fly” access, allowing you to leave your car at the hotel while you’re on your trip (for guests only). They will shuttle you to the airport for free. Amenities include newspaper delivery, indoor and outdoor pools, data ports, and a delicious complimentary continental breakfast.

 

 

These hotels, located about ten miles from the downtown area, have easy access to Interstate 44. They are in the Warren Place area.

 

Name: Doubletree Hotel Tulsa at Warren Place

Location: 6110 South Yale Avenue

The Doubletree may be the nicest hotel in all of Tulsa. Located conveniently near both downtown and the airport, some of the amenities guests will enjoy include overstuffed chairs and ottomans in each room, high speed wireless Internet access, and king-size beds.

 

Name: Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills

Location: 1902 East 71^st Street South

This Marriott provides an incredibly long list of amenities to its guests. Some of these include a beauty salon on site, a sauna, newspaper delivery, coffee maker in room, and concierge services.

 

Name: Days Inn Central

Location: 4724 South Yale Avenue

Average Price: $55

 

The Days Inn provides some outstanding amenities for a very good price. Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast, outdoor pool, high speed wireless Internet access, and in-room coffee makers. Also on site are a business center, a fitness center, and even a game room!

 

 

This area is easily accessible from a large number of interstates, including I-69, I-70, I-465, and I-865. Close to the suburbs of Fishers, Carmel and Noblesville, this area provides access to the popular Keystone at the Crossing part of town.

Location: 8039 East 33^rd Street South

This is one of the most conveniently located hotels in the city, boasting that all of the city’s sights and features are within a ten-mile radius. Amenities include a free breakfast bar, fitness center, indoor pool and spa, and high speed Internet access.

 

Name: Holiday Inn

Location: 1010 North Garnett

This hotel features many quality amenities. Some of these include email service, connecting rooms, an indoor pool, and safe deposit boxes. Name: Super 8 Motel
