Bricktown is the fastest growing area of the city, and is home to some of the city’s best entertainment. The Arts District is probably the most upscale residential living area in Oklahoma City proper. Surrounded by such sites as the Myriad Gardens, the Oklahoma City Museum of Art, and the Civic Center Music Hall, luxurious condos are the most common residential quarters here.

The Asia District, so named because of the influx of Vietnamese immigrants after the fall of Saigon, is located in the north part of the city, but still downtown. Bustling with cafes and businesses, there are also many apartments and condos in this area.

The Paseo and Midtown are some of the most culturally diverse neighborhoods in Oklahoma City. These areas are located in the north to north central part of the downtown area.
