Locations

The greater Oklahoma City metropolitan area is broken into three locations. We’ll share the best hotels at each location using several different criteria.

 

 

While most of the hotels in Oklahoma City are located outside the downtown area, there are still several options right downtown. If you stay in this area, you’ll be in the city’s business and entertainment districts, just a short walk from much of the fine culture the city has to offer.

 

Name: Marriott Oklahoma City

Location: 3233 Northwest Expressway

This fine hotel offers two restaurants, a pool, an exercise room, and many deluxe concierge services. Located in the heart of downtown, it location is ideal. Rooms are equipped for the business traveler with data ports and convenient work stations, and the hotel has a business center on site.

Location: 1515 Northwest Expressway

The Courtyard by Marriott, located in the northwest segment of the downtown area, is a fabulous hotel with terrific amenities. Every room at this fine hotel has a bath tub with spray jets. Other amenities include newspaper delivery, an indoor pool and whirlpool, a fitness center, and complimentary coffee in the lobby and in each room. Some rooms also come equipped with refrigerators and sofa beds. The Lake Hefner Golf Course is nearby, and guests have access to safe deposit boxes to protect their valuable belongings. The Comfort Inn is a quality two star hotel at a very competitive price for this part of town. Guests of one of the newest hotels in town will enjoy a delicious continental breakfast, free local calls, and a well equipped fitness center. These hotels, located just a few miles south of downtown, are located in proximity to the Will Rogers World Airport, something you’ll want to consider if you are an air traveler.

This newer facility is located two miles from the airport and six miles from downtown Oklahoma City. Several of the city’s attractions and museums are within close proximity of this hotel which offers its guests a large desk in each room and a number of extras. Free local calls can be made from your guest room, and each guest receives a complimentary newspaper delivered to their room. Rooms have a two-line speakerphone and wired and wireless Internet access for the convenience of the business traveler.

Location: 4301 Highline Boulevard

This fine hotel boasts all kinds of fantastic amenities, including free high speed Internet access. This Amerisuites property is located in the northwest corporate district is near many of the city’s exciting attractions. Name: Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Edmond

Location: 3840 East 2^nd Street

Average Price: $89

 

This Marriott Holiday Inn property, located in the northern suburb of Edmond, is conveniently located off Interstate 35. It is near many of the city’s northern attractions, including Bricktown and the Six Flags theme parks. Name: Comfort Inn North Oklahoma City

Location: 4625 Northeast 120^th Street

This is the only two star hotel in this area which comes in under even $80, much less $70. Conveniently located off Interstate 35, the Oklahoma City zoo is nearby, as are the State Capitol and Remington Park Race Track.
