When in contact with the supplier, discuss what must be done for proper transportation of the specialized equipment. Also, take the timing into consideration when contacting the supplier as most of these items require a pre-move service. If any of the specialized office equipment is under a lease agreement, the supplier may be required to transport the equipment to the new location.
