Buffets exist for those who are on a more flexible schedule, and the visitor ought to take advantage of the diners serving coffee and bakery goods, which may be enjoyed in the usual sit-down, civilized manner or ordered to go.

For lunch with an eclectic view, visitors should head for the avant garde and distinctly bohemian Mount Vernon district. Eateries about to tempt the palette, and many offer café style, al fresco dining.

Specials change at least weekly and seasonal offerings are available. For a truly remarkable experience, consider any of the seafood venues in town, or have your experience director at the Admiral Fell Inn suggest a more upscale dining venue.
