• Choice One-Take ranger-led programs through Acadia National Park. From late May to Mid October, the park offers some great educational programs from nature walks to stargazing. The tours range from 1-3 hours, so it is possible to take more than one in a day. On the “Animals of Acadia” tour you might see a deer or moose. “Life Between the Tides” investigates the coastline. • Choice Two-If you want to take advantage of location, then you might want to hop on “The Cat,” a high speed ferry that will take you to explore Nova Scotia in just a few hours. The ferry is able to carry passengers, cars, motor homes, and tour buses. While onboard you can visit the casino, TV movie lounge, shops, and food courts. This trip may not fit into your plans, but just be aware that the possibility is out there.
