Las Vegas - Day 3

While Las Vegas is known as the number one vacation destination in the world for adults, there are many exciting activities the whole family can enjoy in the Entertainment Capital of the World. Activities for children range from fast action video arcades and water parks to magnificent show productions and exploring the natural and man-made wonders in and around Las Vegas.

So what does a family do for fun in Las Vegas? How about just a day by the pool? How about hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing in Red Rock Canyon or at Mt. Charleston? Fishing, boating, rafting and camping are as close as Lake Mead and the Colorado River, just 30-45 minutes from the Strip. Championship, par-three and miniature golf courses abound in Southern Nevada. If you like life on the edge, you might even want to try bungee jumping, sky diving, race car driving, a thrilling roller coaster ride or being launched to the top of the tallest free-standing building east of the Mississippi River.

At night kids can enjoy many of the spectacular stage shows performed at Strip hotels. Witness knights, fair ladies and wizards from the middle ages. Thrill to circus performers. There are comedians, singers and performers of all kinds. And don’t forget everyone’s favorite, the magicians!
