• There is no blood test and no waiting period in Nevada.
• Minimum age without parental consent is 18 years of age.
• Any one of the following is required for each person:
• State Driver's License, State ID Card, Military I.D., Passport or Original or Certified Copy of Your Birth Certificate
• If you have been divorced, you must know the date it was final.
• Marriage license fee is $55.00 (cash only).
• Once issued license is good for one year from date of issue.
