There are scores of motels and inns available to the Las Vegas visitor. Some cater to families and children and have outdoors pools, cable television and a restaurant on the property. Others have fewer amenities but the rooms are usually clean and functional.

You'll also find a number of budget-priced chain motels including the largest Motel 6 in the country, located just a mile east of The Strip.

Advance reservations are recommended. Room rates fluctuate and are usually higher on weekends, during holiday seasons and heavy convention periods.
