The sprayers are targeted at helping walkers and joggers feel more secure against potential muggings.
The product, nicknamed "Hot Walkers" are two 1-lb weights with spray canisters built into them. This spells the last time I look funny-like at the old lady who power-walks through my neighborhood. I mean, I was afraid of her
