Caring for your Dust Mite Cover

It is important to wash your sheets and pillow covers weekly in hot water to kill dust mites. Your mattress pads and blankets should be washed monthly. The dust mite covers for your mattress and box springs, however, do not need to be washed that often. They can be vacuumed with a HEPA filtered vacuum or steam cleaned with a vapor steam cleaner.

Should your dust mite cover tear, you can patch it with the same tape you used to seal the zipper.
