Journey to “Fantasy-Island” Kauai (this is where T.V.’s “Fantasy Island” scenery shots were taken) and explore Waimea Canyon, the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific”. Here you can view majestic, scenic vistas with brilliant colors of green, red, purple, and orange decorating the landscape all under a gorgeous blue sky. In the afternoon, you may want to relax on the scenic Polihale Beach beyond Waimea. This secluded beach is all yours, however, caution is required as the area is very isolated.
