All of these criticisms should help any business owner or manager focus solely on the goal of a Business Strategy which is to align the business’s goals and objectives with the market environment that they operate within through planning and process integration.


Therefore, theories for a Business Strategy should be constantly at work and constantly looking ahead. Since the marketplace is always altering, an effective and successful Business Strategy should entail a constant and vibrant flow of new and fresh ideas that are specifically suited to the situation a business finds itself in.
