Groupware also has to understand network technology very well, and how the technology can affect users when it works or it doesn’t. Groupware basically revolves around people and technology. What makes groupware so unique is that the behavior a large group over the behavior over a small group, and the performance of technology differs. In these conditions the program has to be easy to use rather than concentrated on one user. This is set based on the fluctuations and pace of a conversation.
