You have the choice of a 1.73GHZ Intel Pentium M 740, or a 1.87 GHz Pentium M 750, or a 2.13 GHz Pentium M 770 processor. You also get 2GB memory, 40GB hard drive, a 14 inch WXGA TFT screen, and only weighs 6.17 lbs. The cost is $1100.

·        Hewlett Packard TC1100: This Tablet PC comes with either an 800 MHz Intel Celeron M Ultra Low Voltage or a 1.1 GHz Intel Pentium M Low Voltage 733. You get 256 MB memory, a 40GB hard drive, and a 10.4 inch TFT XGA screen. You get all this for $1549.

·        Panasonic Toughbook 18: If you are looking for a Tablet PC that is tough but fast, you will pick right with this one. It comes with a 1.1 GHz Intel Pentium M Ultra Low Voltage 733, 256 MB of memory, 40GB hard drive, a 10.4 inch TFT screen, and only weighs 4.5 lbs. It comes at a price tag of $2150.

·        Toshiba Portege M200 Series: With this Tablet PC you get a 1.73GHz Intel Pentium M processor 735, 256 MB of memory, 80 GB hard drive, and a 12.1 inch Polysilicon SXGA monitor. This cost $1619.
