Spend your second day in Santiago’s southern region of gorgeous vineyards. Start the day by visiting the Plaza Don Melchor Square where you will find a balcony overlooking Pirque vineyard with breathtaking panoramic views. Next, continue on to Viña Santa Rita and stop for lunch. Santa Rita is one of the primary wineries in the Maipo Valley, situated in the town of Alto Jahuel, at the Andes foothills. This is one of most fruitful vineyards in the world as the warm, Mediterranean climate makes it the ideal place to grow grapes, especially for Cabernet Sauvignon. Retire for the evening back in the city of Santiago and enjoy dinner at the El Otro Sitio Restaurant.
