Day two will be spent in Puerto Natales, located 247 kilometers northwest of Punta Arenas. This rural, yet still touristy, region is capital of the province of Ultima Esperanza. Enjoy the entire day on an excursion, traveling through the “Ultima Esperanza Sound”. Here you will take in gorgeous sights of the “Serrano” and “Balmaceda” glaciers.

In the afternoon, tour the Serrano River. Or, spend the day in the city enjoying the tiny yet scenic shops, restaurants, cafes, and casino, the most southern casino in the world. The area surrounding the city is also noteworthy with is organic vegetable orchards. Spend the evening dining in the city with an order of infamous Chilean seafood.
