This type of software program is a definite plus over fax broadcasting because you don't have to tie up your fax machine. Plus, you don't have to make several trips to the fax machine everything you want to send a fax. Just do it right from your computer anytime you are ready.
As for email faxes, the way this works is the fax software program allows you to set up the main features of the program, including what to use to receive and send faxes. On this screen is where you would put the information about your email account so the program knows what to bring up when faxing is required. Next, the software will require you to sign up with and use a toll-free number that will receive and send faxes through the software program.
