If you have a business you probably handle a lot of documents. Many of these documents are dealt with in many different ways. You may even have to send certain documents to another person, and this person may be in another department or in another company. There maybe situations that you will need to send multiple documents to many people at once. The best way to do this is with fax broadcasting. With fax broadcasting, you have the ability to send many faxes to many people with one touch of a button on your fax or through software generated on your computer. There are different ways of faxing your documents. Here are the general ways fax broadcasting can be done:

• Using your fax machine: Fax broadcasting can be done from your fax machine. You just program your fax machine for multiple names with numbers, and place your documents into the fax machine. Then you just hit the send button. The document gets scanned in and shortly the fax dials up the first number on your list you programmed into the machine. In the meantime, the document that was scanned in is saved in memory so there is no need to rescan the document.
• Using a fax service: If your fax machine is not capable of fax broadcasting, or you don't want to tie up your fax line to do that sort of thing, you can always create an account with a fax service and have them do it for you. You will pay a fee per fax sent out, but at least it is done and you don't have to worry about it.
• Internet faxing: If you don't want to spend the money on a fax service, you can just buy an Internet faxing software program. This program will you're your Word, Excel, or whatever format it is in and convert it so it is able to transferred over the phone lines. Then the software allows you to input many names and numbers into the software. After this is completed, you click the send button, or whatever method the software uses to send the fax, and the way it goes. You only need an Internet connection and you can minimize the program and let it run in the background while you do other things.
