Sao Paulo, Brazil is the largest city in South America, and the third largest city in the world. Sao Paulo comparatively makes New York City look small. Within the city, never-ending stacks of high-rise towers that impede the horizon surround natives, and the streets are filled with the black smoke put out by the crowded buses. However, paulistanos (residents of Sao Paulo city) are at home in this megalopolis. The city stretches across 3,070 square miles.

The city of Sao Paulo claims to be the place where you can make your dreams come true. It is the economic center of Brazil as it is the industrial and commercial motivating force of the country. The industry, agriculture, and commerce of Sao Paulo are the most diversified of Brazil. There is so much to explore in this city as it provides high-quality dining and nightlife as well as a flourishing cultural and arts scene. Although the city lacks in natural attractions, as it is a non-coastal city, there are striking public buildings to amuse visitors. The journey to the city of Sao Paulo is challenging, even though it is only found 100 kilometers off the coast, due to an immense mountain chain known as the Serra do Mar.
