Perhaps you are just a common traveler who loves sightseeing. You don’t need thrilling ski-trips or to learn how to dance the polka; visiting the Austrian spots that are most famous is good enough for you. After all, there has to be a reason that they’re so popular, right? Here are the top ten attractions in Austria.
1. Schonbrunn Palace – This 18th century palace in Vienna has 1,500 rooms and is a smaller model of Versailles, surrounded by a zoo and botanical park.
2. Spanish Riding School – This equestrian school lovated in Vienna attracts audiences every year with its incredible horse performances. It has been running for over 400 years.
3. Museum Quarter – Vienna also boasts this center for art and culture, which features exhibition halls, artist studios, and more.
4. Sound of Music Tour – This is a bus tour in Salzburg that actually visits many of the sites from “The Sound of Music” – the well-known film.
