• One area that is very popular and most certainly is enjoyed by everyone is the Recoleta area of the region. Here you will find the famous Recoleta cemetery where the body of Eva Peron lies. If this seems an excursion that you don’t want to take part in then there are plenty of outdoor cafes and most importantly for the area many beautiful architectural homes and other buildings that makes up a really pretty area that you won’t be able to stop looking at.
• If you get time in the area before heading back to your hotel or motel then you should pay a visit to the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes museum which is found just round the corner of the cemetery. This gives a visitor the opportunity to take part in viewing some of the best art that has been produced by international and local artists over the decades and when visiting you will be treated to a large number of permanent exhibits and temporary ones which can prove an extra special spark if there is something you especially want to see. The museums are open Tuesday to Friday from 12.30pm to 7.30pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 9.30am to 7.30pm. Entrance to the museum is free but a donation is most certainly appreciated.

There are many great restaurants that prove an excellent choice but one of the best places that must be tried is Aires de Patagonia located in Puerto Madero. You have the opportunity to try a variety of pizzas and pasta dishes but one specialty for the restaurant is fresh fish and a selection of different meats.

You will be treated to being able to eat in the open and on the hotter days, you can enjoy the great sea views and it is an excellent opportunity to let your hair down. There are many great entrees, main courses and desserts alike and with a wide range of salads and meals like king crab with zucchinis sauté and grilled prawn with king crab coated with chutney of tomatoes and desserts like grilled pear with soft gorgonzola sauce.
