Data pulled from Gulf Coast MLS for the entire Mobile Metro and Gulf Coast area for 2005 had a total of 7,322 homes sold in 2005 at an average of $161,425. Sales for 2004 has a total of 6,195 homes sold for $878,568,593 with an average sale price of $141,819.
